Delayne Sartison is a founding partner of Roper Greyell, a Vancouver employment and labour law firm. She has practised on behalf of employers in the area of employment and labour law since 1989, first in Toronto and then in Vancouver. She has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada, and before boards of arbitration, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. Delayne lectures frequently on employment and labour law topics, including privacy concerns and human rights.
