Delayne Sartison is a founding partner of Roper Greyell LLP, a Vancouver Employment and Labour law firm. She advises employers and has been practising in the area of employment and labour law since 1989, first in Toronto and then in Vancouver following her relocation to that city in 1991. She has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada, and before boards of arbitration, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. Ms. Sartison lectures frequently on employment and labour law topics, including privacy concerns and human rights. |
