REBECCA SATURLEY

Rebecca Saturley is a partner in the Labour and Employment Law Group at Stewart McKelvey in Halifax, where she represents employers. Her work involves all aspects of labour and employment law, including representation before various administrative tribunals and assisting in the defence of human rights complaints. She has also provided advice to clients on labour and employment issues and has presented on such topics as Occupational Health & Safety, Attendance and Disability Management, Drugs & Alcohol in the Workplace, Management Rights, and Progressive Discipline. Ms. Saturley teaches a course entitled "Occupational Health & Safety Laws & Regulations" on an annual basis at Dalhousie University. She was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1997 and the Ontario Bar in 2000.
