Dan Scott is a partner at the law firm Blair Chahley Seveny, where he advises and represents unions before the Alberta and British Columbia labour relations boards, arbitrators, and the Courts. He also advises and represents individual employees in all aspects of employment law, including the duty to accommodate. He has appeared as counsel in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Dan teaches Employment Law at the University of Alberta Law School, and has presented and written on a variety of labour relations, employment law, human rights, and defamation topics. |
