Andrew
Sims has practiced labour law in Alberta for 30 years. In September, 2005 he was
appointed a part-time Vice-Chair of the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Mr.
Sims is an active labour arbitrator and mediator. His practice also involves dispute
resolution, administrative law and tribunal management. |
