| Dr. Perry Sirota, Ph.D., is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. He is presently completing his M.B.A., and has a strong interest in working with organizations from both a psychological and business framework. He has advanced training and practice in risk management, risk assessment and prediction, criminal profiling, threat assessment, violence and aggression intervention, and workplace violence. He helps organizations develop internal screening methods, workplace violence and drug policies, and to manage internal crisis situations. He prepares psychological evaluations for all Court jurisdictions, and has testified over 200 times as an expert witness in the Court of Queen's Bench, Provincial Court, Family and Youth Court, and at Labour Arbitrations. He travels broadly responding to workplace threats and incidents of violence. He holds his degrees from McGill and Queen's Universities. |
