Dr. Perry Sirota is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and management consultant. He has advanced training and practise in risk management, risk assessment and prediction, harassment and bullying, criminal profiling, threat assessment, aggression intervention, and workplace violence. He helps organizations develop internal screening methods, workplace violence and drug policies, and methods of managing internal crisis situations. He prepares psychological evaluations for courts, and has testified over 200 times as an expert witness in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, Provincial Court, Family and Youth Court, and at labour arbitrations. Perry travels widely responding to workplace threats and incidents of violence.
Perry holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from the university of Phoenix. He divides his time equally between a thriving clinical/consulting practise and management consulting, and is a sessional lecturer at the Haskayne School of Business. |
