Stelmaszynski has been a solicitor at the Ontario Labour Relations Board since
January 1997. Prior to joining the Board, he was legal counsel to the Office
of
Adjudication, an Ontario Ministry of Labour agency responsible for employment
standards and occupational and health and safety appeals, and a solicitor at the
Ministry of Housing. Mr. Stelmaszynski has taught in the Public Law section of
the Ontario Bar Admissions Course, and has served on a number of community-based
boards. In addition to his law degree (Windsor, 1989), he holds a M.A. in Slavic
Languages and Literatures (Toronto, 1977). In 2003, Mr. Stelmaszynski was awarded
the Ombudsman Ontario Public Service Recognition Award. |
