Leah Terai was called to the bar in 1990 and practises law at Laughton and Company. She has an extensive labour practice and represents a number of trade unions with respect to the provision of summary advice, and in court proceedings, injunction proceedings, judicial review applications and matters before the B.C. Labour Relations Board and Canada Industrial Relations Board. She has appeared as counsel at all levels of court.
