Peter Thorup is a senior partner with Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti, a firm of 34 lawyers specializing in management labour and employment law. His expertise includes collective bargaining, corporate restructuring, human rights and labour and employment litigation. Peter received an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 1980. Working out of the firm’s offices in London and Toronto, Peter represents many national and international corporations with operations in Canada, United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim. He is a frequent speaker, lecturer and author on current Canadian and North American labour and employment law issues. Peter has co-chaired Continuing Legal Education programs in labour law for both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. He is past President of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE).
