LINDSAY WADDELL


 

Lindsay Waddell is a human rights lawyer practising at the Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS) in Vancouver, B.C. Lindsay represents complainants in matters before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal and in judicial reviews of Tribunal decisions. In addition to her work, she offers her skills and time to organizations such as Family Services of Greater Vancouver, West Coast LEAF, EGALE Canada Inc. and the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. Before joining CLAS, Lindsay practised civil litigation at a large, national firm and later at a small litigation boutique. She has spoken to a variety of audiences on a wide range of human rights and equality-related issues.
