ANNE WALLACE, Q.C.


 

 

Anne Wallace, Q.C. is an arbitrator and mediator, is currently president of the ADR Institute of Saskatchewan Inc., and is the regional representative on the board of the ADR Institute of Canada Inc. After 25 years in private practice, much of that time spent working in industrial relations and employment law, Anne has left to work as a dispute resolution neutral.

Anne's current work includes labour and commercial arbitration and mediation; investigations and other third party interventions, including harassment investigations and neutral evaluation; adjudicator of unjust dismissal claims and referee of wage recovery appeals under The Canada Labour Code; arbitrator for domain name disputes with National Arbitration Forum (Minneapolis), Resolution Canada (Toronto) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (Geneva); mediator for Insurance Bureau of Canada General Insurance Ombudservice; hearing officer under The Police Act (Saskatchewan); Canadian Transportation Agency list of arbitrators; mediation of claims under Automobile Accident Insurance Act; skills based training in conflict resolution and prevention.
