Waller is a partner with Nelligan O'Brien Payne. Since his call to the Bar in
1984, he has been counsel on a wide variety of labour and employment matters for
unions and employees. Steve's work for unions includes advice and representation
before labour tribunals, the Ontario and Federal Courts and a variety of other
regulatory tribunals. Steve has particular experience in labour and regulatory
issues affecting unions and employees in national transportation businesses, such
as airlines and railways. Steve is himself a union member (American Federation
of Musicians, Local 180) |
