
| | Jeremy Warning is a partner at Heenan Blaikie LLP, and is a member of the firm's National OHS and WSIB practice group. He provides advice and representation to employers and managers in health and safety matters, inquests, and other proceedings. Prior to joining Heenan Blaikie, Jeremy spent more than seven years with the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario) where he prosecuted offences under the Occupational Health and Safety Act on behalf of the Ministry of Labour and represented the Ministry before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the civil courts and at coroner's inquests. Jeremy is a co-author of The Annotated Occupational Health and Safety Act, a leading health and safety text used by corporate counsel, occupational health and safety and human resource professionals, and law firms. He received an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2000, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. |
