Robert Weir is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP where he practices in the area of labour relations, employment and education law representing employers. He has considerable expertise advising private and public sector employers in labour relations and employment law matters generally, including collective bargaining, sexual and racial harassment and related human rights issues and wrongful dismissal litigation. Mr. Weir also represents public school boards in a range of education matters, including student discipline and school-related litigation. Mr. Weir is a graduate of Dalhousie University Law School. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto. |
