Kevin Whitaker was appointed as Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board in 2001 after serving for six years as a Vice-Chair. He is a graduate of Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to his appointment to the OLRB, Kevin practised labour law in Ontario for many years. Kevin has arbitrated and mediated labour disputes in all sectors, public and private, and has authored reports on labour relations issues of public importance.
