Sari Wiens is a partner at the law firm Harris & Company where she represents employers. Sari practises primarily in the area of labour law, and provides advice to clients on a range of labour, employment and human rights matters. She has appeared frequently as counsel before arbitration boards as well as representing employers before the Labour Relations Board and other administrative tribunals. Sari regularly presents at seminars on labour, employment and human rights issues. She is a member of the Labour Law Subsection and the Human Rights Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. Sari received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1993. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994 and practised in the area of labour law before joining the Health Employers' Association of B.C. (HEABC) in 1996 as a Labour Relations Consultant. She joined Harris & Company in 2002. |
