Sari Wiens is a partner in Harris & Company, where she advises employers on a wide range of education, labour, employment and human rights matters. She regularly acts as counsel before arbitration boards, the Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board and other administrative tribunals. Sari regularly presents at seminars on education, labour, employment and human rights issues. She is a member of the Labour Law Subsection and the Human Rights Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.

Prior to joining Harris & Company in 2002, Sari practised in the area of labour law and worked with the Health Employers Association of B.C. (HEABC) as a Labour Relations Consultant. She received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1993. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994.
