Bruce Wilkins is a Vice-Chair of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board to which he was appointed in 2007. Prior to his appointment to the Board, Bruce was in-house counsel for the Health Sciences Association of British Columbia, a trade union which represents professionals in the health sector. Bruce began his legal career as Crown Counsel in criminal courts. He was called to the B.C. bar in 1998. A graduate of Queen's University Law School, Bruce also holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
