David Williams is a partner at Chivers Carpenter in Edmonton, where he practises labour, employment, privacy, administrative and human rights law. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta (B.Comm. in 1985, LL.B. in 1988). He has appeared before all levels of courts and before arbitrators and labour relations boards. David has been a panelist at a number of labour law forums, including the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers Annual Conference, the University of Calgary Labour Arbitration Conference and the Canadian Bar Association (Northern Alberta) Subsection on Labour Law.
