Kevin Wilson, Q.C. is a partner with MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LP in its Saskatoon office. For the last two decades, he has practised almost exclusively management-side labour law. He acts for private and public employ-ers throughout Saskatchewan in a variety of sectors including mining, manufacturing, construction, food process-ing, education, non-profits and retail, among others. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (B.Comm 1985: LL.B 1988). Kevin was the founding Saskatchewan director and treasurer of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, a national organization of management labour lawyers, and the former Chair of the Cana-dian Bar Association's National Labour and Employment Law Section. He is a frequent speaker on labour and hu-man rights law.
