David Wright is a founding partner of the Toronto union-side labour law firm Ryder Wright Blair & Holmes LLP. David has particular experience in discrimination and accommodation cases, and in privatization and successor rights cases, having been successful counsel in a number of precedent setting cases in these fields. He has also been instrumentally involved in developing and implementing alternative dispute mechanisms for the resolution of individual and systemic interests in a series of racial discrimination cases.
David is the treasurer of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and past union-side co-Chair of the OLRB advisory committee. He has been a contributing author to the Labour Arbitration Yearbook and was the co-editor of Labour Relations Board Remedies in Canada. |
