Mark Zigler is the Managing Partner of Koskie Minsky LLP in Toronto. He has practised in the pension and benefits field
since 1980 as well as labour relations and civil litigation. He is an author and contributing editor of “Employee Benefits in
Canada”. He advises Boards of Trustees of multi-employer plans, unions and employee groups. Mark has been involved
