Workshop attendees will receive all workshop materials in a binder. If you want to have a printed copy of the conference materials (approx. 800 pages) in advance of the conference, please e-mail a request to Monica Pacheco (mpacheco@lancasterhouse.com) in our customer service department by Wednesday, May 23, 2012. She will send you a link, so that you can download and print all or part of the materials.
